Sunday June 8, 2025 Event schedule Bay State Motor Festival

• 7:00AM Venue opens for vendors, site and display set up
• 7:30AM Transported Vehicles arrive for placement on the field
• 8:00AM All other vehicles are open to arrive.

            Unregistered vehicles please have $25 available for the welcome team.

            Have preregistration forms available to show to welcome team

             All vehicles will be placed within 9 classes, follow markers to the appropriate class.

• 9:00 AM Show opens to the general public. Please be sure to secure any valuables.

Food trucks will open for business as appropriate.

• 12 NOON. An announcement, “Every driver to his car! Gentlemen start your engines”. An ALL engines start up will last for 20 seconds.
• 1:00 PM A proclamation from the Massachusetts Senate President and Mayor of the City of Framingham will be presented.
• 2:00 PM Trophy presentation begins.
• 3:00 PM The show concludes.
